- Anthropic — AI model provider used for processing and generating personalised Reflections
- Make (formerly Integromat) — Workflow automation and data routing
- Typeform / Jotform — Online form collection platform (where applicable)
- Email Service Providers — For delivering your Reflection and follow-up communications
All providers are selected with data protection considerations in mind and are required to maintain appropriate security standards.
- International Data Transfers
Some of our sub-processors may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate GDPR-compliant safeguards are in place, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions by the European Commission where applicable
- Other lawful transfer mechanisms as required under GDPR Chapter V
